The Dugal Direction

When you want to eat, you find a chef. When you want to fly, you find a pilot. When you want to transform, you find a professional Coach.

We are Rebecca and Jonathan Dugal, siblings who both believe that building a kind relationship with yourself can transform you and all the lives you encounter. We can’t wait to partner with you.

Some of our Coaching specialties

  • Find the courage and faith to choose the path that leads to passion because that is where you’ll find success. Whether it’s finding a way to make an impact, advance your career, or recruit a mentor, the path forward is not always obvious. Together, we’ll work to uncover the path that’s right for you.

  • When you are entering the workforce for the first time or are about to leave it, it’s natural for transitions to be turbulent. Whether it’s anxiety, stress, excitement, curiosity, or something different, your emotions are part of your journey. What’s important is that you confidently feel all the feels… and The Dugal Direction can help.

  • Being good at your job takes work, and it’s often double the effort when you are part of an underrepresented group. It can be difficult to find mentors, build trusting relationships, and feel confident in what you have to offer. You can be successful but it takes support and often a new approach that we can navigate together.

  • Neurodiversity in the workforce can be a challenge. Whether you’ve been diagnosed recently or you’ve known for years, each new situation sparks similar questions. Do I tell the people I work with? How will talking about it impact my advancement? How do I ask for help? Everyone’s situation is unique, and The Dugal Direction specializes in helping find the path forward that’s right for you.

How many sessions will I need?

A successful coaching relationship is built on trust. Trust takes time. That’s why we recommend starting your coaching relationship with a six session package. This is the smallest increment of time over which you can begin to see the long-term impact of our work together. After that, you can choose whether to continue in longer or shorter commitments.
